Bring both your hands in front of your chest or the lower part of your breast joining the tips of both your middle fingers pointing them upwards and bending all other fingers inside and downwards so that your index fingers are joined at your phalanges and thumbs are joined underneath at their tip pointing downwards. Concentrate on the two petalled indigo lotus at the centre of your forehead and chant the strongest sound of the universe ‘AUM’
